90-Day Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
- The item must be in reasonable condition.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
How to Start a Return

- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item was defective
- The wrong item was received
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged through misuse or improper care
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
